William Grant MI Australia Enhancement Please
« on: Monday 04 January 21 15:33 GMT (UK) »
I am away from home and do not have access to my usual photo editing package. The one on my tablet here is not up to the job. Could someone enhance the lettering to decipher lines 6 and 7 that begins "His Mother Who Died April The ? 1845 Aged 4? Years. Appreciate it may be impossible even with enhancement but the very simple contrast increase tool on my tablet has helped a little so just wondering if someone can improve it enough to make out the date/age. Only lines 6&7 are needed. Thanks.

Straightened slightly, but I don't have time today to do more.  Maybe someone can take this and bring the text out for clarity.
Good luck!

Thanks for that. Rather explains why there is another headstone for him in Rockhampton cemetery!

Thanks also to John-76 for the straightening job. Looks much better.

Worked it out now. Duplicate entry in Findagrave says the headstone is in Rockhampton cemetery, Australia and in that entry there is no transcription. Never thought to look for another entry.
