Mary Elizabeth Farr

I'm trying to find out more about Mary Elizabeth Farr, but FindMyPast isn't helping.
A snippet of news in June 1900 shows that she was then aged 50 and lived at 2, Ann's Place, Sykes St, Hull.  She next turns up in February 1919 when she was admitted to the Charterhouse.  She died in 1937. 
Is she on any census?  Was she married or single?  Any information would be gratefully received.
Godden in East Sussex, mainly Hastings area.
Richards in Lea, Gloucestershire, then London.
Williamson in Leith, Vickers in Nottingham.
Webb in Bildeston and Colchester.
Wesbroom in Kirby le Soken.
Ellington in Harwich.
Park, Palmer, Segar and Peartree in Kersey.
