So I don't have they're marriage certificate but I was given a marriage certificate for her second marriage to a James Sylvester in 1913 I assumed Frederick Knight had died in 1900 but he's signature is on his son William Knights marriage certificate in Lahore India in 1921 I couldn't find any further evidence of him or death certificate

What marital status is given for Elizabeth on the 1913 marriage to James?

ADDED:  If Frederick's "signature" appears on the Lahore marriage certificate - in what capacity was that - I would assume as a witness.  :-\

Yes, there was divorce in 1900 - I have a divorce in 1870's (he was a police officer and wife obtained divorce).

I might be wrong, but I think the place to look for divorce records is TNA  :-\

if the marriage you mean from 1921 is of William Edward Knight & Annie Theodora Janet Wallis, Frederick's name appears as father of the groom. He is not one of the witnesses. The handwriting for Frederick's name looks to be the same as that for the father of the bride, Charles William George Wallis. Not his signature!

I may be flamed for this, and/or called an Old Fart, but here goes --

I was all set to try to help as I have a lot of Leic. resources extra to what's online.

But the OPs messages are really difficult for me to read.

A simple plea to the OP and other similar posters --- PLEASE consider breaking your post up into sentences with full stops. It makes it so much easier to follow, and therefore more likely to attract help. If I have to try to work out what the OP is saying, by the time I've done that, I've lost the will to help in other ways.
