Another to add to the ones to consider if there is a link

1859 marriage
Jacob Yeah and Bridget Regan

Liverpool Catholic records - very difficult writing to read
Jacob Jates (looks like Yates) and Bridget Regan (Bridgittam - Latin records)
Father Connor Regan and Maria McMahon (possibly) of Westport

1861 2660/47 /28
Jacob Yearia Sugar Refiner b Germany
Bridget b Ireland

These people may be connected, I hope  :)

Heywood you are a Star and Cracked it Big Time.

The Family had two Family Legends passed down .

1. The Harvey Surname was originally German but changed in WW1 due to hatred of Germans
Seems it was changed 1860 not 1914 and they were German Jews escaping problems in 1850s ?

2. Charles was supposed to run several Lodging Houses in Liverpool for Irish Migrants
One 1891 Census you found he has 14 Lodgers over 2 pages

Entry 124 on 1861 Census as Jacob Yearia in Courts off Cavendish Street RG9/2660

Entry 54 on 1871 Census as Charles Harvey at 33 Cavendish Street RG10/3767

Apart from being on 2 CENSUS Records 1861 he appears on 2 in 1891 ?

Entry 148 RG12/2906 page 52

Entry 70 RG12 /2906 page 84 living with Wife Emma and Mother in Law Janet Henley
