As others have stated I think you will find Robert was not the Son of Robert/Grace,

Your Robert says he was born Blanchard.

He was the Son of Ann Nesbit who married Robert Archer in 1804.

The other Robert born 1803 to Robert/Grace is a Shoemaker on Census.

but the Robert who was a coffee roaster is older than the one born in 1803 and was born in Blanchland, not Newcastle Upon Tyne. Different ages on census, different places of birth, different people!

This is not the same Robert Archer as the one who was born at Blanchland.

There is only 4 years difference in ages I understand what you are saying but it is so confusing. Will have to try to sort records out.
