Name and address crossed out

Can anyone make out what is written underneath the crossed out line
Its from ship manifesto should be name & address of Bessie goldsmiths husband hia name was Rafeal sometimes known as ralph Goldshmidt became GOLDSMITH  which spellings used here ?

Ive no idea why its been crossed thru
I dont know his address in 1908 but son Abe was born year later in maywood cook district of Illinois. USA

Could it say husband of my friend but mean
Friend of my husband ?

Her English may not have been very good

I think I can read 1 av marwood or maywood .

Would it have been written by a port official who got frustrated and crossed out aggressively ...I suppose they needed the name of the permanent residence at that address and the husband wasnt permanent
1910 census has his year of immigration as 1905 hers as 1908
There adress is 420.12th av cook Illinois

I don't think it is crossed out, rather it is circled. Or you might be right, crossed out and circled.

Thanks so much ...I will try and find out who Abe fried was (there were Fried/freed family connections ) and who.lived at that address before and after the family arrived .

Can usa census be searched by address

I thought Abe FRED/Freed /Fried could belong to.line above but think they were crossed through as NOB not on board

Name looks like Arun FELL but his first names on trees and usa childrens deaths are Chaim Wolf

Abe FREED was brother in law of Bessie Goldsmith married to her sister Dora FELL

Abe arrived in USA in 1904 Dora arrived 1906 & they married same year

Abe &Dora FREE  were living in Maywood  on 1910 census with baby son and Dora s sister 22 year old sister Gussie FELL

Abe still living 9th Av on naturalization  in 1911
