Thank you for your quick reply and attachment.  I have actual documents from the Surrey archives for both Sarah's stay at the asylum and burial information.  Information about Alfred and others can be found on my Ancestry public tree.  I am descended from Elijah and Emma's daughter Christina. Do you know when and under what circumstances John William Hoare came to Canada?  I have not yet found him on any passenger list.  Shirley
