Archibald, Amelie and Ellen comprise the Bogle household.  The "3 ditto marks" are not from the same household, and I believe are actually "dashes". 

The Bogle family are living at 14 Laurel Road, the marks are for 16, 18 and 20 Laurel Road, plus 9 - 19 and 2 - 12 Laurel Road.

Added:  Previous page and following page in the Register also have a number of "unoccupied" addresses.

 Victoria Janet Rebecca Margaret Agnes Bogle 1919-1931. A D E Bogle listed as father
 Both died in Lausanne area Switzerland.

Many thanks for your clarity about these Ditto/dashes marks. I wonder what they indicate.  'Nobody at home' perhaps?

This BOGLE family did I believe have 3 other children who may have all been born and died quite young in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Shawn, many thanks for the start of his military career.  I wonder how his career developed and if that was overseas, why the family returned to Wimbledon in the 1930's only to die in Switzerland.
