Mary Bennett born Bailey 1878?

Hi, can anyone help me trace the early life of Mary Bennett born 30/5/1878 in Newport Shropshire.

She married a man called Edward Bennett and lived in Newport Shropshire, so I have got her DOB from the 1939 census.

On the GRO there is a birth record in 1878 for Mary Bailey with mother's name Moulston, which is what I would expect to see, however in any census record for  Evelyn Bailey b 1884 (Mary's sister & my great nan), Mary is not living with her family. Other siblings are Thomas G, Alice, Sarah, John F & Agnes.

Is this a possible for Mary with surname transcribed as Barley - the original has a dotted i so should read Bailey

baptism 16 March 1883 in Kinnersley for Evelyn Bailey daughter of James, labourer, & Emma, abode Kinnersley.

Thanks to Millipede and Osprey, mystery solved. I could not find family, as they were listed as Barley in 1881 census.
