Please restore a local group photo Royal Archade Church St from the 1890s/1900s

None of these are my relatives (to my knowledge), however this is a group photo taken in a local arcade in my town where my ancestors are from. Please could someone restore the ripped parts/ damages?

It would be much appreciated. Thankyou!
