possible burial in Llandegla 6 Nov 1817 Hugh Jones junr age 33 abode Llandegla.   :-\

Although the parish entry for the Hugh & Pamela marriage doesn't mention it, Hugh was a widower according to the licence index on the NLW site. He was noted as yeoman of Abergele.

The only  records that refer to Pamela ( linked to Hugh) are the two that I've mentioned, No other baptisms other than John's listed in the parish records.

Possible burial 19 June 1824 in Abergele Pamela Jones 45 of Abergele.

Possible baptism in Llanarmon yn Ial 11 Aug 1781 Pamela daughter of John Jones & Anne of Accrau.

there's a 17 page will for John Jones of Accre in 1830. I've only skimmed it but didn't notice any mention of providing for grandson John. He was the owner of Chwyleiriog which he leaves to his nephew Robert Parry.

And Gadget - I see you unearthed my original 'Jones' thread! I've taken up the researching again after a long break. I see that you and Osprey are still around offering help to folk with their family tree issues.  Many of us are grateful for all your help.
