I am trying to find out more about my Grandfather's family.  His name is Frank Stephen Ballard born in Ulverston in 1891.  His Mother's maiden name is Swarbrick.

There does not seem to be a Frank Stephen Ballard born Ulverston in any borth or census.

There is just a Stephen Ballard

The Stephen Ballard Lancsann has found appears to be the correct birth, GRO gives mothers maiden name as Swarbrick.
