No mother or father's names on marriage certificate, or ages!

Hi all, thank you for opening. I've just obtained a marriage certificate from 1862 and to my bewilderment, there is no first names provided at all for the parents, only the surnames! I have attached a picture.
There is also no ages listed either which is unhelpful 
Can anyone tell me why on earth the parents are not on it? I am so confused! 

Also, I note that Ann Thomson, it says "Living in/with family". What does that mean?

Could anyone also decipher the "Where" part of the marriage?

1862 February Eleventh at Manse ... South Dell (?) After Banns according to the Forms of the Free Church of Scotland.

I think the christian names and mothers’ maiden names were there, but they have faded out.

I think that ‘living in family’ simply means that she wasn’t employed and residing with folks/a family. It does seem an odd thing to say.

Other marriage should be visible on this page 9. Are ages.....names of parents recorded similarly?

I have increased the contrast of the file posted - it looks like the faint marks are bleed through from another page. Could it be the couple were orphans, with little memory of their parents?

Of course he may not have been born in Barvas, but I see only one Norman in 1841:

Only 2 Ann’s in 1861 and the second can be ruled out. The first isn’t with other Thomson’s, so you need to look at the actual census.
