I had a look at the online Shropshire record collections which have images attached but couldn't see them. They are in the various indexes as the info you have.

I might have missed them so will have another look later this evening.

I've found the Whitchurch records for 1791 and have got a marriage entry for 27 August 1791. The page is damaged and it looks as if pages are missing/badly marked and torn.  The next page is in February 1793.

Here's a snip  f where your entry should be. I'll look through the collection to see if it's in there somewhere.

Add - now I'm uncertain about the refs - it might not be Whitchurch but if not there are no records  for 1791 in the collection.  They could be with Wem records.

When you can get to a Family History Centre you might have luck on the Bishops Transcripts.
