Richard was in the Nant in October 1885, he had a housekeeper.

The link is to Welsh newspapers,  all hits are for the Wrexham Advertiser. You will find Richard as a butcher which will identify him. There's a lot about him and Mary Ann. The article about him and Daniel Jarvis is intriguing.
From one of the census records I know where they lived by the New Inn in the Moss. I live nearby.

Having skimmed through the newspaper articles for Richard and Mary Ann, Richard comes across as a hard man to live with. Reading some of the newspaper reports gives a fascinating glimpse into people’s lives at that time.
