Hi all
a young man by the name of Jack/John Madden died on the Western Front 1914
https://www.cwgc.org/find-records/find-war-dead/casualty-details/854050/JOHN%20MADDEN/

how he is tied to Bray i dont know other than Biddy seems to have been his girlfriend.
In his will he mentions the Browne family as well as one or two others.

I thought it would be a nice little story to include in their family history

Bridget married James McDonnell in 1920 with Ellen Browne as her witness
