Looking at the 1861 Census

Enumerator's notes

The whole of the Houses situated on the East side of the Market Place, Saint Mary's Hill and Cheap Street and in every Yard or Court leading therefrom all Houses in Back Lane, Wharf Lane, Black Bear Yard and in the Coal Wharf.

Samuel TUSCON, Head, Mar - Baker Master, born Newbury Berkshire
Ann - 70 - Baker's wife - born Seaford, Sussex
