Facebook login

I have not been able to access my facebook account for over 6 months (see link below). I have now decide to go back to square 1 and have sent off ID again. What happens next is that I will be sent a number of either 6 or 8 digits. As I messed up the first time and been rejected ever since could I please have guidance on how to proceed when I receive the code. Google search left me bewildered and facebook pages require a login which I can't do.
