The above was born in Chile but returned with his parents, William Williams and Alice nee Waymark, sometime before 1891 as they were all on the 1891 census at 7 Princes Road, Brighton. Edward married as Edward Owen Williams to Martha Ellen Locke Q4 1900 at Brighton and they appeared on the 1901 census. he was an accountants clerk, living at 72 Princes Road with Martha who was born 1878 in Membury, Devon.
After 1901 they completely disappear?

I don't know when exactly he was born; I did find an Evelyn Gladys Williams born Q4 1904 at Steyning but couldn't find her at 1911.
