I think it is either Elizabeth Hulkes or Hulbes now I look again at the image again. Hulkes may be the more likely but I'll check both names.

Ironically I have just found the image I originally intended to post relating to Mary. That was a marriage for Richard Noble and Mary which took place in 1725. I'm posting that image here to see if anyone has ideas on what her name might be as well.

Apologies for the mix up with the images.

Bingo! Thanks all I have it sorted  :)

Found the marriage on Findmypast which states:

Eliz Hulkes age 21 of Newham
John Bing age 24 of Selling

Married 3 October 1639 at Boughton under Blean

This was in the Kent Marriage and Banns records set.

This record gives her father's name as John and I think I have found her christening now.

Elizabeth Hulkes d of John christened 22 August 1619 Newham, Kent.

Again this is on Findmypast.

Glad to see you've sorted it, Matt.

The feature that distinguishes a k from a b in this sort of hand is normally the short horizontal 'kick' on the right-hand side, which often joins the next letter. Compare the b in Elizabeth, which doesn't have it.

I think it is Tamlin. Compare the P in Parish in the line below.
