Sorry Thomas otoole  (Toole )no i have only have the census 1911 where he lived withmy great grandmother  and children .

You can't look for a birth for Thomas unless you know his father's name.

Thomas' children were registered in the district of Rathdrum and you can go through and find each one.  Christopher has the correct mother's name but the father's first name is given as Daniel instead of Thomas.  I think that is just a mistake.
