Ancestry problem

When opening the details of a certificate or census the next page opens but the middle section which should be all detail is completely blank, I am using safari @ancesty said clear all cashes and cookies which I did. Can anyone help me please ?

Could you try using Firefox.  I've found Safari doesn't always work with Ancestry so I always use Firefox when I'm on my Mac.

Also, is it a particular set that you are having problems with?  If so could you give a link.

Thanks Gadget for your suggestion tried to download Firefox but my iPad is only 10.3 and 11.4 is required for it to work so no luck there. As for the problem it happens on all documents and information ie certificates , census etc.

Try Google Chrome as I think you should be able to install this.
Bloomfield, Knights, Whitmore, Warner (Suffolk)

Morning Alan downloaded Chrome with no problem tried at least 10 different certificates and census pages but my problem is still there a blank page. Many Thanks for your interest and help.
