Marriage Puzzle Help Please

Looking for help with a missing spouse in a cousin's marriage.
Derek W Harris b Oct 1928 in Warwickshire - d Aug 1976 in Worcestershire. I think he was married in Dec 1947 but can find no trace of his marriage on Ancestry. Not sure of his wife's full name but could be Joan; his father's name is George Alfred Harris. Any help would be appreciated.

There is a possibility that J I Harris may have remarried after the death of here husband Derek and that's why not found J I Harris death entry
