Is it possible to search the 1939 Register to find traveller families in and around London?

You can search with occupation or abode as well as name of course.

I tried TENT. And got a few, also CARAVAN

Traveller also gives you all the commercial travellers. 
Hawker gives a lot

I don’t know what else you might look under.
But I think it would be very difficult if you are not looking for a particular name.
