Well found Osprey - I've been looking and looking

So the 1897 death mentioned by tornado cannot be Elizabeth's husband Robert Parry
so his death somewhere between 1871 - 1881

Burial in Toxteth Park 17 Dec 1873 for Robert Parry 53 labourer of 2 Dinorben Street.

Age is out but address is the same as that of Ann & Evan in 1881.

Tornado, if you read the posts about Evan & Barbara, we found that Evan was a lead miner.

Finding Elizabeth & Maria in Anglesey hasn't help me find her baptism as yet.

Hello all ,

Thanks again for your contributions here . It has been a long journey but you have found the right people . I appreciate this . I tried to research Evan and Barbara Parry but alas the census doesn't start till 1841 so not much progress. I may try and find a website about the "miners" of Llanferres Wales for some social history.

Best wishes.

Burial in Toxteth Park 17 Aug 1865 of Ann Parry 7 of 7 Dinorben Street.

Great finds Osprey - their burial plot numbers are the same Sec. L, Grave 380
see links below

Ann Parry age 7 https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/174524044/ann-parry

Robert Parry age 53 https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/174524503/robert-parry

Here's a plan https://www.toxtethparkcemetery.co.uk/Cemetery%20Plan%202.html

They were buried in the unconcecrate section (blue) clicked on L but I can't readily see no 380  ???

Unconsecrated suggests the family are non-conformist by this time.

Long journey, Tornado? I thought we got back through the generations pretty quickly!

If you look back at some of the earlier posts: nos. 9 10 14 16 & 17, we have given you the 1841 census for Evan & Barbara, their marriage and burials, their children.

Two possible baptisms for Barbara Roberts in Llanferres
14 Jan 1788
16 Nov 1790
both to parents John & Barbara but there doesn't seem to be a burial in between, I have scanned through the pages of the register. It's possible that the first was a private baptism & the second one in the church.
Marriage in Llanferres 18 Nov 1777 of John Roberts & Barbara Edwards, witnesses Samuel Lewis & Edward Edwards, all signed except John.

Baptism in Llanferres 17 Dec 1786 of Evan Parry, son of David & Maria
Marriage by licence in Mold 29 Dec 1782 of David Parry of Llanverres & Maria Edwards otp, witnesses William Williams & Edward Edwards, all signed.

Map showing Nant where family were living in 1841 & 1851 & close by Maes y Safn mine.
