Elizabeth Evans Llangyniew b 1823

Elizabeth was born in Llangyniew. She married John Thomas 1848 at the Independent chapel, Llanfyllin and moved to Hirnant.
Her parents MIGHT be Thomas 1769-1850 and Elizabeth 1772-1823. (This information gleaned from a headstone inscription )
Has anyone any information about births or marriages to confirm or dispel this possible connection please?
