help needed with Margaret Ann Shephard complicated life please

Hi, im after some help on finding whereabouts, and try sort this out please:

i have Margaret Ann Shephard b29 Jan 1871 to Jane Jones and James Albert Shepherd Liverpool.

1st July 1888 Margaret married Daniel Fahsenfield /Fazenfield /Fehsenfield have marriage cert-  they have daughter Margaret Alice Fehsenfield b 1891 MMN Shepherd

then it gets complicated :
29th Jan 1895 Daniel Fahsenfield is born, baptised 3rd Feb to Daniel and Margaret Fahsenfield. - ancestry liverpool records - he dies July 1895
but also John James Hogan is born 8th July 1895 - have cert it says father Stephen Hogan and Margaret Ann Hogan late Fazenfield formally Shepherd
in 23 Aug 1897 Stephen Hogan is born exactley same on certificate as John James.

17th April 1904 Daniel Fazenfield marries Mary Morrisey -Liverpool parish marriages and banns Ancestry - says he a bachalor

then in 25th Aug 1904 Michael Fazenfield is born liverpool catholic baptisms say to Daniel Fazenfield and Margaret Shephard - he also died Oct 1904.


in 31 Aug 1909 Margaret Hogan now called dies, says wife of Stephen Hogan aged 38, daughter Margaret Fasenfield is informant Daughter present at death. - have cert

Stephen appears on 1911 census with boys John and Stephen says widowed married  17 years and 5 children 3 died. - obviously crossed out as not female
dont know other 3 children.

on FindMyPast it has Daniel and Mary at 40 Ascot street, married 7 years no children but says born 1870 -i have his birth as 11 April 1868

Mary dies 1916 and Daniel remarries again 1918 to Mariam Jane Duffy - he dies 1921.

cannot locate Margaret Shepherd, Daniel , or Stephen on 1901 census' nor the children

how can Margaret have 2 children within 4 months of each other to two different men!?
cannot locate a marriage either for Stephen to Margaret - presum just too his name.


please help untangle this mess

hi,  to LadyHawk 1st post,  not the 1911 census  for stephen - i dont think anyway ?? , the baptisms to hogan yes, i forgot to say i have daughter Margaret as niece in 1901 - not 1911 though - yes to baptism and death for Daniel

to Radcliffe- yes i have the record from Ancestry with those details
to Heywood - not found that on ancestry - will have a look now.

to Lady Hawk 2nd post- ive not found a birth entry for him on gro just the parish baptism

inbetween my post - i found on FindMyPast Margaret Fasenfield in liverpool workhouse, wife of Daniel says lyin-in 1901 - but not census

also another child John 1892 liverpool catholic baptism to Daniel and Margaret shepherd - in Latin

Some thoughts
The child Daniel b 1895 is baptised C o E. the other children are baptised Catholic.

1891 2901/57
Daniel, Margaret and baby Margaret are living in 19 Court, Burlington Street

1895 Daniel son of Daniel and Margaret (who?) baptised - address Beresford Street
1895 Daniel ‘Labsenfield’ (Ancestry) 5 months burial - address 148 Burlington Street 

Maybe, Daniel had a relationship with Margaret Hamilton and they had young Daniel whilst Margaret Shephard was having a relationship with Stephen Hogan.
