Yes. Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians was for Irish Catholic women. No nationality or ethnic origin required for the other 2 things.
The sodality of which she was a member was probably the one in her parish. I think there were separate ones for men and women. St. Joseph is the patron saint of fathers, families, workers and a happy death. A quick google shows St. Joseph sodality as an organisation for Catholic men.
I may be wrong about St. Joseph's sodality being a different organisation from the third order. I don't know anyone as far as I know who was in a sodality or a 3rd order.
