Adam Burgess's Mother in law
« on: Wednesday 17 February 21 14:33 GMT (UK) »
Hi All

As the board seems to have gone a bit quiet ~

I've just found this photo that was sent to me nearly 20 years ago. It's not all that clear but I don't have any other version. This is said to be  1st cousin 4x removed' s mother in law. Her husband was a blacksmith in Castle Douglas.

If you have time, I'd love some restoration and toning  but no colour.

Thanks

I've just been checking and I'd say it is more likely to be Adam's sister in law as his mother in law was recorded as 50 +/- on the 1841.

Beautiful photo Gadget.  I think I am losing what little skill I had, but it was fun to play with this.   :)
