Electorial Rolls

Could I ask if they did electoral rolls for 1920''s. My mother Nellie Harrison  was from pillar to post growing up from 1909.Her mother died in1914.I am trying to find where she lived in the 20'she was born Hindley wigan 1909 in 1911 she was in Barnsley back again to Hindley1914 where her dad William Harrison born 1885 married Elizabeth White in1918..In between her getting married 1933 they lived again in Barnsley wigan and finished up at deal Kent where my mother Nellie Harrison married.Could you point me in the right direction where to try and find where she was living.Than you.

If she was only born in 1909 she would not appear on ER’s until 1930
