Some help deciphering administration from 1614

Please could you tell me what kind of gown is it in Snip 2 Line 3 and is the spelling correct?

I agree with your reading apart from the first vowel being an o.

Obligation (abstracted from the Latin)

Humphrey Gunter and bondsman John Parvis, both gentlemen of North Fawley, were bound in the sum of £40 to handle the administration of the estate of Jane Parvis according to the law. Dated 7 June 1614.

(The rest of the Obligation is common form for an administration bond and barely worth transcribing, but I will do it if you need it.)

Looks like Ancestry doesn't have the 156 piece referred to above so don't have the copy of that will only the sentence - good thing I double checked on the National Archives - will download the proper will document from there this afternoon and have a read!
