These are my Maternal Grandparents who would benefit from a bit of TLC if anyone wants to have a go. I have no control over the scan as my Sister scanned it in PDF format a long time ago with several others . She can't find the original now  Colour not required. Please don't do it at the expense of others.

Thanks so much Japeflakes for taking the time to do this one, I know the image isn't the best quality but I can see the facial features more now. Grandad Capes died quite young, he was only 49 years old. I never had the pleasure of meeting him as he died before I was born
