Marriage Gomm - Sabatini circa 1921

Can anyone help with the marriage and names between GOMM and SABATINI circa 1921.  The only information I have is the birth of 4 children with the surname GOMM and the mothers maiden name as SABATINI born in Amersham.  They are:
William J W - Dec 1921
Clifford Stanley C - Mar 1923
Barbara D - Mar 1925
Victor M Jun 1926.
Any help much appreciated

From the 1939 Register, all 4 children are with a couple with the surname Miller.  I then looked for a possible marriage for Charles Miller and Nellie and found a 1930 marriage between Charles and Nellie Gomm.

Could they have married overseas as children born post WW1?

A Tree has the Parents of Barbara as William/Nellie but little other info.

There is a Charles MILLER/Nellie M GOMM Marriage Reg 1930 as you probably know.
