I don’t know what I am doing wrong, but I can seem to find the attached or similar articles about the same incident on Welsh newspapers on line. Can someone please provide a link and/or fuller details of the article. I refers  to the below. John Treharne had a number of transgressions over the years and this seems to be the worse of them.
