They are on Frog Island. James an ag lab.
I think Eliza born 1860 had died, and was replaced by another one later in 1861 (abode Frog's Island on baptism)

That is great that you have found them settled in London  ;)

I saw the reference to Frog Island earlier. Have never heard of it before! Some details here:

The name of the lane leading to the Station House was Frog Island, "near to Norland Road", and it is marked as such on one 1860 map - later maps show it as Coal Wharf Road, and never with any housing.

 :) :)

I won't be of any help-my eyesight landed on F(r)og Island a few years ago.

I just wanted to pinpoint which James WEAVER (son of Robert) you have.

The one that I have is a James Weaver, born 1815 to Susan and Robert in Mile End Old town. Robert and Susannah married in Christchurch, Spitalfields i 1810) are my direct ancestors, through thier son Henry born in Mile End Old Town in 1826. They are all very Illusive, with the exception of Henry, wo appears on every census until his death!

Where are James and Susan in 1851? Presumably in Hammersmith.
There is the briefest of settlement records for the couple in St George in the East in the 51 census.
From January 1852, seems to rule them out.
Living in Batty Gardens

So... was Henry the chap who married Ann HILL in 1859?
