National Burial Index Lookup
« on: Saturday 27 February 21 01:13 GMT (UK) »

I see a record in this database on findmypast
I have the NBI version 2 but it doesn't contain this record (paid £40 for this back in the day and it's never been any use to me)

Could someone who has a better version please look for the following

Bishopwearmouth, Durham
27/11/1785
Heath Henderson (spouse William)

and her daughter

17/7/1783
Susanah Henderson (father William)

Which church are they buried at please and is William there with them (born around 1745 Married in 1771

Thank you

Familysearch has those burials at Church of England, St. Michael's Church (Bishop-Wearmouth, Durham)

The only William Henderson possibility is a burial 14 March 1802 at the same place.
There is another William bur 1817 but he was born abt 1764 so not the husband of your Heath.

Aw! That's great!! That is them, they did live Ayres Quay.  I didn't know he was a glassman and that makes me very happy as now I can link him for sure with his son that came to Liverpool to work in the crown glass factory at Old Swan and then my town.  Thanks folks.

The images of the Bishops Transcripts for Bishopwearmouth are on Family Search - though for reasons unknown are not in the main listing for these records at
https://www.familysearch.org/search/image/index?owc=9K5M-GP8%3A13618101%3Fcc%3D1309819

BUT if you search the catalogue for England, Durham, Bishop-Wearmouth (again no idea why its listed with a hyphen) then they are in the list and you can browse them to see if you can find the relevant image.

https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/results?count=20&placeId=11370&query=%2Bplace%3A%22England%2C%20Durham%2C%20Bishop-Wearmouth%22&subjectsOpen=412442-50

Thank you both for the information

Radcliff -  the Heath Henderson that was buried there had a daughter called Heath also, born 1781 she died in 1849 in Durham married to George Wanlace.

The son of this original Heath married to William had a daughter called Heath also, who was born in 1808 in Caste Ward but who came to the north west of England and married a Farmer/Publican called Pilkington and died there in 1879.

So we have Heath Booth married to William Henderson
their daughter Heath Henderson married to George Wanlace
their grandaughter Heath Henderson daugh of Cuthbert, married to Pilkington.
