There is a family tree on Ancestry.  Some very interesting newspaper items about him.  He was murdered on 31.1.1959

Hi, sorry haven't been able to use my computer for a few days.
 I have a fairly large tree with lots of interesting info. I am trying to find any record, apart from my aunt's birth cert., about his time on Isle of Wight. He states ( on the certificate) that he is a boarding house proprietor at Sea Villa, Esplanade, Ryde, this was in 1924 but he was back in Portsmouth in 1926.
 He was in Alverstoke in 1916, next record is IOW in 1924, then Portsmouth in 1926.
Can't wait for 1920 census!
