Help needed in finding a connection to family Clare in Sunderland Co Durham.

I have a brick wall and need some help from other rootschaters to find out more about William P. Clare and family.

From the 1911 census I have found that William P. Clare born 1877 in Sunderland was a Marine Engineer, when at home living at 13 Ann Street, Sunderland with his wife Elizabeth D. Clare.

In the Household there are three nieces; Dorothy, Elizabeth and (Emma) Susannah Clare who I believe are the children of Walter George Clare who married Eleanor Jane Bromley in Brisbane Queensland. She died 17 Aug 1939 in Brisbane and the burial 19 Aug 1939 at Toowong Cemetery.

Any help welcome; I have posted this topic on the Co Durham board as well.

The girls in 1911 were all born in Sunderland.

The last girl is named Susan A. on the census.  The one you are looking for is:
