John and Sarah French emigrated to Australia
« on: Saturday 27 February 21 12:10 GMT (UK) »
I know John and Sarah (nee Mingay) emigrated sometime between 1871 and 1881 census to Australia but do not know on when. They should have had two children with them: Caroline Elizabeth (b1866) and Daniel (b1868)

I believe John died 1883 and Sarah remarried but cannot find where I got this information from. recommend if you move house, don't let anyone else pack up your family record folders as they seem to be half missing!

The information put up by Jamjar is for records held by NSW BMDs.  The index is readily searchable if you want to look for others.

If you're looking for further information from a certificate you can use an approved transcription agent.  Currently there are 3 of them - all well-respected and efficient - and the information is emailed to you.  These services are cheaper and quicker than ordering the actual certificates.

Scroll down on this page (it has nothing to do with the commercial site Ancestry)
