Reply individually to multiple posts

probably reinventing the wheel here, but I need a bit of help.
I do lookups for forum members and often have several requests at once to do, How do I reply to each person individually,

To reply to your post:
I used the quote button to reply to you and include your original post so you and everyone else can see what and to whom I am replying.

If I want  to then add  quoted contributions in this thread from other posters , then I look below this composition window I am typing in and see the topic summary,
To the right of each post in that summary list  there is  'insert quote' link ,
so I clicked on that next to CaroleW's reply and it added this into the reply I  am typing:

I think you can use the "add bcc" facility to the right of the To box

Now I have quoted what she said I can also reply to her:

That bcc only appears in PMs, I don't think the board replies have a bcc

 I can use the same method of 'insert quote' to now also reply to your response to CaroleW

Is this sort of multiple quoting in one reply what you are looking for ? - if its not, come back and describe what you want to do and we'll have another shot at it :-)

EDIT
This is new to me too, I have looked and these 'insert' quotes also appear if you start a new reply post (rather than starting with a quoted reply as I did in the first example)
So you could do your checking,

then start a new reply as you always have done,

put the quote in from the list and put in your response to that one

insert the next quote which you want to add and put in your response

etc, till you are finished (for now, there'll always be new requests!)
