Completed - Ordered a birth pdf from Online GRO

I've helped a newcomer to order a birth pdf from Online GRO.
He's placed the order and was advised that the date of supply would be 19 February.

He contacted me on the 28th Feb  to tell me he hasn't heard from the GRO and that he can't find his order on the Online GRO site.
Should his order be showing at "My Orders"? He has the reference no and Receipt , his credit card was charged.
Do they send a email to advise the pdf is available?

I've never ordered a pdf copy from the GRO, so am not familiar with the process.

If he logs in the the GRO website http://www.rootschat.com/links/01k9m/
and views his recent orders giving a start date 01/01/2021 and an end date 03/03/2021 he should be able to see his order. Tell him not to enter anything in the Col number boxes just the start and end dates.

If the records do not show contact the GRO to ask what has happened to the order, it may be he has ordered a certificate rather than a pdf, but that will show up in the above search
