Jeory Family lookup

I have family links that come from Wigtownshire, my 4th GG father James Jorie c.1781 Wigtown Galloway Scotland the surname has been recorded and changed down the linke Jerry Jury Jeory and so on. His son His son and my 3rd GG father was a James Smith Jeory c.1808 Wigtownshire County, Scotland, United Kingdom d.27 Nov 1865Liverpool .

James Smith Jeory was a saddler, I am not sure if this means he was a saddle maker or someone that puts saddles on horses.

I am just after some info on my Jeory family in Wigtown and would be grateful for any help finding out any new info on them.

GRO death you mentioned for James junior, a saddler (Maker of Saddles), given the age are you sure this is him?
