Have you looked in your Junk Email section - I got a couple in there.
I do often check my junk medpat, but I suppose it's possible I missed them, would now be auto deleted two weeks later I think. Another certificate had been delivered the previous day, so possibly it is gmail getting over enthusiastic with junk filtering.
