husband for hir entres oblegt them to  ?    releive(?)  & faith? keip? hir s(ai)d caw(tione)r of his
caw(tiona)ry in ye premisses & of all ?    ?  Wh(ere)upon they askit acts befor hir witnesses’

The word after husband in the first clip is abovespecified with an abbreviated ending.

The next clip:

sall (= shall) be maid furthcumand (= forthcoming) to all p[a]rties haveand (= having) entres as law will And the s[ai]d exec(u)trix & hir s[ai]d husband for his entres obleis (= oblige) them to freily (= freely) releive & skaithles (= unharmed; immune) keip ye s[ai]d caw[tione]r of his caw[tiona]ry in ye premisses & of all danger Yrupon (= thereupon) they askit (= asked) acts befor yir (= thir = these) witnesses

Thanks so much GR2
I would never have got 'skaithles' and 'furthcumand'!

Did you see I put a follow on bit on the post before this?
