Percy Edward Paxton born 1883 in Cuckfield. There is some connection with Brighton and Folkestone. Does anyone have any further info on the family?

If you are looking for people researching the same family - have you checked the Surname Interests Board?  Link at bottom of page

If not - What research have you done yourself to establish his parentage?  Have you found him on Censuses?  Have you checked  GRO online for mmn?  Have you checked freebmd for parents marriage etc etc

“There is some connection with Brighton & Folkestone”.   How do you know?

Your post is very vague & needs to contain more info

Is there something specific you are looking for? There is a lot of information about Percy online.

Percy Edward PAXTON

bap. 28 May 1883

in Cuckfield, Sussex

to James & Caroline PAXTON

Looks like he was a soldier at one point as there is an entry for him in the 'UK, Royal Hospital Chelsea Pensioner Soldier Service Records, 1760-1920' in 1902.

He died aged 24 in 1907 in Cuckfield, Sussex. Doesn't look like he got married or had any children before he died.

Percy Henry Paxton taught in Folkestone in the 1950s and visited his aunt in Brighton. I don't know his birth or death details.

Use freebmd as advised on previous posts - his birth reg is easily found

Use www.familysearch.org to find him with parents on census

Use freebmd to see if he married & when he died

Look for him on the 1939 register

You appear to have either given incorrect info or you are looking for 2 different people.  If he was born 1883 and was a teacher "in the 1950's"  he would then be in his very late 60's

What is your interest in him?

Bit of a senior moment I'm afraid. I am after information on Percy Henry Paxton. I cannot find his birth on FreeBDM. He taught in Folkestone in the 1950s and had an aunt in Brighton that he visited often.
