I've just revisited the register entry which includes mention of Bridget BOULGER, and I'm still unable to read it. Could you transcribe it for me, please? As it's the only record I've found with those names, apart from her marriage, I'm desperate to see if I can link the two.

According to FindMyPast, this Dublin record is actually the baptism of Bridget BOULGER.

Now, I'm thoroughly confused. Who's correct?

Agreed.

William was a Private in the 55th Regiment.

Bridget's name is clearly spelled BOULDGER in the Marriage Register, but that is the only instance I have been able to find of that spelling, hence my interest in other possibilities.
