1861 census, says Saxon street , but not there ?

Hello,
I have been over and over this , need help .

on the 1861 census for

 Lincolnshire
St John
Lincoln Home
District 16

at the beginning of the 13 pages , its says Saxon street in the listing,
but when I go through the pages it is not there , I believe there was only a few houses at the time ,
does anyone know why the street would be listed , but not visited ?

Saxon Street had been discussed in a 2013 previous post. A Poster stated that the Street primarily consisted of out buildings and yards, presumably uninhabited. I assume that the 1861 Census Enumerator had a list of Streets to be visited, but finding Saxon Street uninhabited, had no reason to compile a Household listing.
