Very strange that the births of the two sons 1936 and 1937 shows Watson as mother.  Elizabeth Ann Watson died in Manchester April 1935, I've even got a photo of her gravestone.  The person Mary Wilson is saying she is the mother but with the wrong name.  I presume she wasn't legally married to George Henry Lock, I haven't found a marriage.  It was Robert Harry Lock, my father-in-Law that told us his father re-married.

Perhaps you need to buy one of the 1930's birth certificates to see what information is given.

Yes, worth a try but mother is shown as Watson on the Ancestry sites.

As they were born after the Watson you have mentioned died then it would tell you who their mother was, it clearly was not her  ;D
