George Henry had married Annie Elizabeth Groves in Middlesex 1959 although they already had 6 children.

I can only see one Lock(e) / Groves child on freebmd, the one you have listed on 1939 register.

Presumably 1939 is Heath Road, Twickenham

I could tell you the names and dates of the other 5 children but most of them are still alive.  Dob's are 1928,1932,1937,1941,1937 and yes 1939 is Heath Road but later addresses 75 Grove road, Twickenham Park, Saint Catherine, Middlesex in 1942 and 88 Durham road, Feltham, Middlesex in 1955

Elizabeth Ann Watson died in Manchester April 1935, I've even got a photo of her gravestone.

Is that the Elizabeth Ann Lock age 47 whose death was registered in the Jun qtr. 1935 in Manchester?

Is this her burial?

Thank you Ladyhawk for all the information you have found. I'm not expert at this and I see from what you have said I have not confirmed some of my findings but I will answer as best I can.
Yes, this is the Elizabeth Ann Watson burial - PHILLIPS, ANN 63 GRO Reference: 1902 M Quarter in PRESTWICH Volume 08D Page 293
Elizabeth Ann Lock 7 Jun 1935 - Plot Number MConsecrated 2487 - no I don't have death cert so maybe you are right and I have the wrong wife.
And yes you have the right George Henry Lock.  The 1936 and 1937 children I found on the electoral register for Feltham 1965.
1929 birth - 21 Feb 1929 • St Pancras London, United Kingdom xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx mothers maiden name WATSON GRO Reference: 1929 M Quarter in ST. PANCRAS Volume 01B Page 106
1928 birth - 1928 Chorlton xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Lock
The Annie Elizabeth Groves is the right one married to George Henry Lock b.born 2 Nov 1901 d.1993 married 1959
Perhaps I should give you a bit of background.  This is my husbands Grandfather George Henry Lock.  My husband remembers visiting his grandfather occasionally when he was about 10 yrs old with his father Robert Harry Lock.  My husband's mother refused to visit as she hated the woman she called Mrs Wilson who was the woman living with her father-in-law George.  I've yet to find the Wilson connection.
I don't know where Annie Elizabeth Groves was born or her parents.
I believed I had the right Elizabeth Ann Watson for death as she had always lived in Chorlton and the family story was that Robert Harry aged 17 and a little later Norman Lock both left home soon after mother died and George Henry moved new woman in who they didn't get along with.
Hope this clarifies a few points but realise I will have to get some certificates to clarify others.
