Hugh Farmer married Mary Magurn in 1902:

The couple had several children (including Mary Anne) before Hugh died in 1908:

Mary (Magurn) Farmer then married Thomas MacGrath in 1909:

Hugh didn't leave a (valid/acceptable, if any) will, administration was granted to Mary in 1914 (per PRONI Will Calendars website:  Administration of the Estate of Hugh Farmer late of Dernogagh County Fermanagh Farmer who died 25 April 1908 granted at Armagh to Mary McGrath the Relict

The Will Calendars index entry available to see here:

Thank you so much for this information but confused! On the marriage certificate of James and Mary Anne it doesn't state that her father Hugh is deceased!

I thought Cassie or Cassandra was the name of the other twin as on the 1911 census!

I'm heading out for now, but for the moment, just throwing this out as a speculative punt for Mary McGurn, born 1871 to father Patrick and mother Judy McBarren (note the location), hopefully fresh eyes will resolve?

In Ireland Cassie is a nickname for Catherine/Kathleen.

I'm finding it hard to read the names on the pdf certificate! I can't seem to locate the entry!
